All the right ingredients...the best dog beds!

The Foam
We use a good quality foam, not upholstery foam, we use solid sheets of 4" medium density foam, cut to size.  It holds up to all kinds of abuse, we've had some of our dog beds now for seven years, they have been through three litters of puppies. We're asked how long does the foam will last before it starts to break down. We don't know.

The Vinyl
We use Marine Grade vinyl, one of the best vinyls made, it's soft, pliable and very durable.  Our Great Danes have been our test proving grounds for our prototypes.  If the vinyl can hold up to two 160 pound Great Danes, you know it's durable. We take our dog beds to dog shows with us, we use them in the bottom of crates and x-pens, if the show is outside the beds can go on wet grass, grass stains wipe right off.
If you travel with your dog (who doesn't?) your dog can have his own bed in the hotel room, leaving the real bed for the humans (don't count on it though). The opening of the dog bed cover is closed with Velcro, proven to be waterproof as well.  The Velcro is sewn back into the opening so no curious noses can get to it.

In Summary
We take great pride in our products, we have faith in them, we know they work and we know that last for a long, long time.  It may just be the last dog bed you ever buy. We do sell the covers separately if your dog already has a favorite dog bed. All we need are the dimensions, length, width and thickness, of your dog's bed. We do now sell patch kits for the vinyl covers, we send the kits with instructions.  Any vinyl scraps left from making a dog bed or cover are sent with your order, hang onto them, it insures you have the matching vinyl to make a patch if something happens to the cover.
We do recommend supervision at first if you have a voracious chewer, however, we have sold dog beds to owners who tell us their dog has chewed through every dog bed purchased for them.  We later get an email saying the dog has not chewed his new waterproof bed. We don't know why, we speculate it's because there are no odors associated with these beds, dog bed odor is now a thing of the past.
Dog dander and hair can be wiped right off these pads and beds. If the dog bed gets too messy we take it outside and hose it off, they look as good as new.
Every dog bed or pad is custom sewn right here in our shop, we have one of the best seamstresses ever created who does the honors.

There are no added shipping charges for dog beds or whelping pads sold within the United States.
