What keeps the water from getting into the foam? It can't be a zipper, snaps or hooks, none of those are waterproof.

"THE COVER OPENING HAS VELCRO SEWED BACK INTO THE OPENING, FAR ENOUGH BACK SO DOGS CAN'T GET TO IT. THE VELCRO IS CONTINUOUS AROUND THE OPENING, ONCE IT'S CLOSED THE VELCRO IS WATERTIGHT AND NOTHING GETS THROUGH TO THE FOAM INSIDE.
WE TESTED OUR CLOSURE METHOD WITH A HIGH PRESSURE WASHER TO MAKE SURE NO MOISTURE PERMEATED THE VELCRO, IT DID NOT."
